Remember when Paul McCartney started the group “Wings.” Paul selected Laurence, from a long list, to be his lead guitarist. Laurence Juber has quietly become one of the most outstanding finger-picking acoustic guitarists on the planet with a series of recordings he has made over the past 10 years or so. Juber is called a master of acoustic finger style that has a fluidity that shifts gears, weaving in and out of musical thoughts faster than a Formula One racer. He spins notes out with such agility and finesse that it is hard to believe he has only 10 fingers and 6 strings.
